Today, February 16, 2018, Mr. Don and Mrs. Phine Welch celebrated their ten beautiful years of marriage. Time has passed so quickly, and yet I can think back and see how full these ten years have been for both of them. They have walked through so much together. They've been blessed to travel to many countries together, along with many different experiences in all their destinations. They've had both GROWN, by the grace of God, and so has their love.
