Rep. Rachel Arenas is the daughter of the late Ramon Lopez Arenas and famous Filipino philanthropist, Baby Jimenez of Malasiqui, Pangasinan. Her maternal grandparents belong to the Jimenez, Calimlim-Reyna and Arenas families of Pangasinan.
